Responsibilities

• Handle establishment of new membership, open all accounts, and process changes.
• Educate members on services and make recommendations based on needs.
• Key transactions into the Margo system and balance cash drawer with accuracy.
• Balance the vault, ATM, TCD and coin sorter.
• Operate drive-thru window as needed and manage daily/monthly reports.
• Assist members with account problems and reconciliations, and resolve errors.
• Answer phone, file paperwork, scan documents, and perform other clerical duties.
• May train in other areas of branch operations as needed.
