Job summary

The Auto Club Group is seeking a Branch Customer Service Representative in North Riverside, IL. You will greet members, promote memberships, and handle sales while delivering high-quality service in a friendly, on-site branch setting.

Responsibilities include assisting with travel and insurance products, handling inquiries, processing payments, and supporting the team during peak periods. A customer-focused mindset and basic office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Customer experience in a customer-focused environment with timely, helpful solutions.
• Problem solving & ownership: take personal responsibility, use good judgment, and seek solutions.
• Digital confidence: comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning workplace tech.
• Organization & prioritization: multitask, prioritize, and meet goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet, service, and support members by promoting and selling membership and travel products.
• Generate leads, share travel and insurance specials, and conduct outbound promotional calls.
• Respond to member inquiries, resolve complaints, and refer complex questions to senior staff when appropriate.
• Process payments for insurance policies, travel products, tickets, and keep cash drawer balanced.
• Provide administrative support to travel and insurance staff and participate in branch goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
