Qualifications

• Three to five years prior related job experience in a financial institution.
• Experience to include: Branch Management, Consumer Lending and Sales.
• Excellent customer relations skills to sell and cross-sell bank products.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for customers and staff.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Must be goal driven and able to adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Administers a small branch or satellite office including sales, service, operations, lending, deposits, customer service, compliance, safety and security.
• Develops new business activity and deposits growth through participation in business development calls.
• Achieves individual and branch goals for sales, referrals and retention of account relationships.
• Supports and promotes the Bank’s Customer Care Commitment by delivering a superior level of service.
• Oversees general branch operations to ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations.
• Represents the bank at community events and maintains professional memberships to enhance market presence.
• Provides leadership, supervision, and coaching to staff; assists in HR processes.
