Talentify is seeking a Branch Manager I to oversee the daily operations of a full-service branch. The role focuses on promoting bank products, coaching tellers and CSRs, and achieving branch objectives in a fast-paced retail environment.

The position includes loan processing responsibilities and community engagement. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, customer relations, and sales abilities, with experience in banking operations, audits, and staff development.

Qualifications

Ability to read, analyze, and understand general business articles and professional journals; Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
High School education or equivalent required; relevant management training encouraged.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and attain branch, region and company objectives.
Coach and lead a strong support team of tellers and CSRs.
Ensure all branch operations are performed accurately and timely.
May originate, process and close various consumer and small business loan products.
Maintain and develop business for the branch.
Complete regular monthly branch audits.
Review, evaluate, and determine payment decisions within established limits.
Make hiring and termination staffing recommendations/decisions.
Provide wire verifications/approvals up to established limits.
