Job summary

Service First Federal Credit Union is seeking an Assistant Market Manager to ensure exceptional member service in a branch with assets between $10M and $50M. You will supervise two or more full-time staff, train personnel, and back up the AVP/VP as needed.

Responsibilities include processing loan applications, maintaining branch security, ensuring policy compliance, and promoting branch growth through sales and member engagement. PA residency is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school education or equivalent.
• One to three years of similar or related experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Interpersonal skills for confidential and tactful communication.
• Ability to operate a 10-key calculator, typewriter, and computer keyboard; basic math.

Responsibilities

• Trains new branch personnel and prepares work schedules.
• Interview, examine, evaluate, decision and process loan applications.
• Monitor branch operations for security procedures and compliant practices.
• Review MSR/FSS work to ensure policy compliance.
• Explain services to members to generate business and promote public relations.
• Resolve account-related concerns with members.
• Supervise MSRs and FSS; back up to AVP/VP as needed.
• Maintain branch cash fund and reconcile daily balances; oversee ATM balancing.
• Open/close branch; manage data entry and inter-department support.
• Participate in training and professional development activities.
