Qualifications

• Three to five years prior related job experience in a financial institution.
• Experience in Branch Management, Consumer Lending and Sales.
• Excellent customer relations to sell and cross sell bank deposits and loans.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented with solid organizational skills.
• Must be goal driven and adaptable.

Responsabilités

• Develop and manage an outside calling program focused on new business and retaining existing relationships.
• Maintain a schedule that balances in‑branch activities with outside business development to meet goals.
• Uncover opportunities and provide customers with appropriate products and services.
• Coach and mentor staff to develop sales and service skills.
• Manage staff's sales activities to support the bank's goals.
• Oversee branch operations to ensure ongoing compliance with policies and regulations.
• Represent the bank at community events and maintain professional memberships.
• Encourage staff participation in community activities.
• Provide leadership, supervision and HR program administration.
