Job summary

Partners Bank is seeking a Market Manager II to oversee a mid to large branch, driving sales, service, operations and lending growth. This role reports to the Branch Administrator and supervises Front Support staff, with onsite obligations and exempt status.

Qualifications

• Five to seven years prior related job experience in a financial institution, preferably a bank.
• Related experience to include Branch Management, Consumer and Commercial Lending, Sales and Business development.
• Excellent customer relations; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, goal driven with detail orientation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage outside calling to generate new business and retain relationships.
• Balance in-branch activities with outside business development.
• Uncover opportunities and provide appropriate bank products and services.
• Coach staff to enhance sales and service skills.
• Oversee staff activities to meet sales and referral goals.
• Ensure branch compliance with policies and regulations.
