Job summary

The Adecco Group in Texas seeks a Branch Manager to lead client growth, recruitment strategies, and branch P&L. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring top-notch service to candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include growing accounts, meeting SLA targets, conducting regular business reviews, and maintaining strong relationships with HR and operations. This role requires strategic planning and people leadership across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and win back lost/lapsed accounts.
• Ensure all client requirements are met in line with SLA targets.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction via regular reviews with client and program teams.
• Manage branch P&L and cost control decisions.
• Lead recruiting, training and development of branch staff.
