Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to lead a branch team, grow client accounts, and drive P&L performance. You will recruit, train, and develop staff while delivering excellent service to candidates and clients in a fast-paced staffing environment.

You will oversee sales and recruitment strategies, on-boarding, and compliance, with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI attainment across the branch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in a supervisory or leadership role preferred.
• 2 years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• 1 year of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish growth plans, and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Onboard new customers, negotiate terms, and manage pay/bill rates.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost control; drive revenue forecasts.
