Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to lead a high-performing team and drive growth across client accounts. You will own recruitment, training, and development while ensuring top-tier service to candidates and clients.

In this role you’ll oversee P&L, budget, and strategic planning, build strong client relationships, and deliver results through effective workforce solutions and continuous improvement across the branch.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with sales or service staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and win back lapsed accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met across operations and contracts.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews with client contacts.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development of branch staff to achieve KPIs.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, forecasts, and cost control measures.
