Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to drive growth, manage the branch P&L, and lead a team of recruiters. You will develop and execute plans to grow new clients while strengthening relationships with existing accounts, ensuring service levels, and achieving performance targets.

You will oversee recruitment strategies, training, and day-to-day team management, with emphasis on cost control and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts by establishing plans to develop existing clients and win back lost accounts.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met; maintain high customer satisfaction via regular reviews.
• Coach, train and mentor recruiters; manage branch day-to-day performance and KPI reviews.
• Oversee branch P&L, budgeting, forecasts, and cost control; monitor workers' comp and unemployment claims.
