Job summary

The Adecco Group in Texas is seeking a Branch Manager to lead the branch, develop business plans, recruit and coach staff, and manage client relationships to grow revenue and profitability.

You will drive sales strategies, oversee budget and P&L, ensure service levels and compliance, and build a high-performance team delivering excellent candidate and client service across the region.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in sales or service environments.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts and develop new clients.
• Ensure client requirements and SLAs are met.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through regular reviews.
• Coach recruiters and branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and expenses; forecast revenue.
• Perform monthly/quarterly business reviews with leadership.
