Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to build and execute plans that grow the client base, maintain relationships, and drive branch profitability. You will recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring exceptional service for candidates and clients.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, monitoring KPIs, and conducting regular reviews with clients and program teams. Strong sales, leadership, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years relevant experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with increasing responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service team.
• Strong written and oral communication, able to present to groups.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop new clients, and win back lost accounts.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls to meet KPIs/SLAs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop branch staff to high performance.
• Coordinate with client HR/Operations, conduct regular business reviews.
• Lead recruitment strategies, on-board new clients, and set pay/bill rates.
