Job summary

The Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in Texas to build and execute plans to win new clients, grow revenue, and lead a branch team delivering exceptional service to candidates and clients.

You will manage day-to-day operations, recruit and develop staff, control the branch P&L, and ensure client satisfaction through regular reviews. This role partners with sales and operations to drive growth in a dynamic staffing market.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally; capable of presenting to groups.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts; establish plans to win new business.
• Lead branch team; coach recruiters; ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Manage branch P&L, budget, and cost control.
• Coordinate with sales and operations to meet client needs and program objectives.
• On-board new customers; negotiate terms; monitor credit references.
• Perform regular business reviews with clients and program teams.
