Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager to drive growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will manage the branch P&L, budgets, and cost controls while leading recruiting, coaching, and development of the branch team to deliver excellent service to candidates and clients.

You will establish strong client partnerships, review performance with stakeholders, and ensure alignment with SLAs and KPIs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years direct sales experience with a proven track record.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented staff.
• Sales experience within a personnel service organization is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Grow and retain existing accounts and win new clients; drive top-line growth.
• Manage branch P&L and cost controls; develop budgets and forecasts.
• Lead recruiting, training, coaching, and developing branch staff to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and timely completion of client requirements.
• Conduct regular business reviews with client contacts and internal teams.
