You’ll empower staff through coaching plans, leverage digital banking tools, build a strong talent pipeline, and partner with the community.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience coaching to drive sales and service in a high-volume branch.
• 4 years sales management in Retail or Branch Banking environments.
• Track record of meeting sales goals and branch objectives in a profit-and-loss setting.
• Proven customer experience delivery validated by surveys.
• Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Must meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain NMLS identifier.
