Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Manager to lead a high-performing team, drive branch sales growth, and deliver outstanding customer experiences across digital and in-branch channels. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Leadership experience coaching to drive sales excellence and customer service in a high-volume branch.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environment.
• Track record of meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch goals in a P&L environment.
• Proven ability to drive exceptional customer experience via surveys.
• Strong partnerships with community and civic organizations.
• Compliance with SAFE Act background checks and NMLS identifier.

Responsibilities
