Citizens Bank is seeking a Branch Manager in New York to lead a high-performing team focused on delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and branch profitability. You will coach staff, build relationships with the community, and ensure operational integrity across a busy retail banking environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking.
• Successful record of meeting branch goals in a profit and loss environment.
• Must meet SAFE Act background checks and obtain an NMLS identifier.
• Bilingual Cantonese preferred.
