Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Minimum of three years branch banking experience as an individual contributor.
• Microsoft Word and Excel skills are required.
• Commissioned notary or ability to obtain notary commission within six months of starting is required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine branch opening, closing, member service, and other operational tasks.
• Supervises the branch office during the manager’s absence.
• Coaches staff to cross-sell and track sales goals; trains on sales techniques.
• Helps branch manager achieve financial, operational, and customer-satisfaction goals.
• Resolves member or operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Coordinates with other Credit Union teams to promote products and participates in community events.
