Trustmark Bank in Meridian, MS is seeking a Branch Manager responsible for the overall management of the branch and its personnel and operations, with a focus on growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through sales, service, and lending activities.

You will lead business development, conduct sales calls, manage loan applications and portfolios, ensure compliance with regulations, mentor staff, and collaborate with other lines of business to increase wallet share and deposits.

Qualifications

• Four-year college education or equivalent banking experience is required.
• Three years of platform banking experience or five years in related financial services areas are acceptable.
• Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to meet sales goals.

Responsabilités

• Lead branch business development and referrals to other lines of business.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings to increase deposits and loans.
• Take and process loan applications, interview applicants, and manage loan portfolio.
• Ensure marketing materials and branch personnel comply with regulations and policies.
• Mentor, train, and manage branch staff and oversee scheduling and performance appraisals.
• Oversee branch operations, cash handling, audits, and ITM/ATM checks.
