You will proactively assist customers with deposits, loans, insurance products, and cash management services, while delivering an exceptional experience in line with Trustmark’s standards.

The role requires the ability to meet sales goals, manage cash accurately, and maintain professional interactions with customers daily.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree acceptable in lieu of experience.
• One year of sales or customer service experience required.
• Able to perform routine transactions and balance cash drawer.
• Strong customer service and product knowledge abilities.
• Able to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Strong math, computer, and internal system skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and make referrals.
• Sell and cross-sell deposit accounts, loans, and other products.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience per service standards.
• Safeguard assets and process transactions accurately.
• Balance cash drawer daily and ensure proper documentation.
• Achieve sales and referral goals quarterly; convert service into sales.
• Make outreach calls to customers and prospects.
• Comply with bank policies and performance standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
