Trustmark in Mississippi seeks a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations, staff, and profitability. You will lead sales, service, and lending efforts, drive deposits and loans, and ensure regulatory compliance across all branch activities.

The role requires strong leadership, customer service excellence, and proven ability to meet sales targets in a retail banking environment. You will mentor staff, manage performance, and participate in community relations as part of branch leadership.

Qualificações

• Four-year college education or equivalent banking experience.
• Three years platform banking experience OR five years proven experience in banking or related financial services.
• Strong supervisory abilities or Development Associate training.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.
• Knowledge of Retail Banking products and services; familiarity with other lines of business.

Responsabilidades

• Lead branch growth through sales, service, and lending activities and referrals.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings to expand wallet share.
• Take loan applications, interview applicants, manage portfolio and regulatory compliance.
• Ensure marketing materials and branch personnel follow regulations and policies.
• Drive branch performance toward goals while mitigating risks and losses.
• Hold productive meetings focused on business development and profitability.
• Interview and select prospective employees.
• Mentor and coach branch staff for daily duties and development.
• Oversee scheduling, appraisals, cash handling, ITM/ATM, night deposits and audits.
• Represent the branch in community or service organizations as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
