Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or three years of experience in banking or a supervisory role.
• 2 years progressive experience in platform/frontline banking operations or related areas.
• Strong understanding of Retail Banking products and services.
• Demonstrated proficiency in consumer lending, relationship development, and deposits growth.
• Ability to meet sales goals in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Crosstrain, lead and develop team to promote efficiency and goals.
• Promote branch growth, referrals, deposits, and loans.
• Conduct sales calls and customer meetings.
• Take and process loan applications and clear exceptions.
• Manage loan portfolio and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Ensure marketing and branch materials comply with policies.
• Lead branch meetings focused on business development and profitability.
• Interview and hire candidates; mentor and coach staff.
• Handle scheduling, performance appraisals and cash processes.
• Represent the branch in community roles as needed.
