Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, part of Zions Bancorporation, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for the Camelback & 40th Street Phoenix location. The role focuses on leading sales and service initiatives, expanding customer relationships, and achieving branch goals.

Ideal candidates will have a strong Phoenix-area presence, a background in business development and retail banking, and the ability to manage staff and travel between nearby branches as required. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in management, business development, or banking operations.
• Proven track record in business development and retail banking sales.
• Local candidate preferred (Phoenix area).
• Knowledge of bank products, services, accounts, and teller procedures.
• Willingness to travel to nearby branches and corporate offices as needed.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement external and internal sales and service programs to meet branch goals.
• Foster teamwork and collaborate with partners and other departments.
• Develop branch staff, expand customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
• Drive overall branch performance and customer service excellence.
