Qualifications

• Requires 2+ years in retail banking, sales, new accounts, customer service or related experience.
• Knowledge of banking industry, processes, regulations and products.
• Knowledge of lending processes and procedures.
• Strong customer service, relationship-building, sales and management skills.
• Proficient communication, verbal and written.
• Spanish bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving branch goals through personal production and oversight of inside sales and service.
• Ensure branch compliance with bank policies and readiness for internal audits.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions including new accounts and loans.
• Refer customers to bank products and services; coordinate with lending teams.
• Provide sales leadership and coaching for branch staff.
• Maintain service levels and operational integrity in partnership with key teams.
