National Bank of Arizona is seeking a seasoned Branch Service Manager for our Scottsdale Road & 101/Phoenix branch. You will lead inside and outside sales efforts, mentor staff, and ensure top-tier customer service to help clients reach their financial goals.

In this role you will drive branch performance, maintain compliance, and coach a team in delivering solutions across accounts, loans, and services while fostering a collaborative community culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 2+ years' experience in retail banking or related fields.
• Knowledge of banking processes, regulations, and products.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in achieving branch goals through personal production and supervision of inside sales and service.
• Ensure branch compliance with bank policies and prepare for audits.
• Identify client needs and provide solutions including new accounts and loans.
• Refer clients to other bank products and services.
• Provide sales leadership and coach staff.
• Handle cash transactions and other customer service duties as needed.
