Job summary

National Bank of Arizona, a division of Zions Bancorporation, Morenci branch is seeking a Branch Relationship Banker to deliver full‑service banking with a sales and service focus. You will open accounts, process loans, and resolve client questions while building strong relationships in the community.

The role requires 1+ years in banking or related sales, with solid math and product knowledge. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; NMLS registration may be needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required with 1+ years of related sales, teller, or loan processing experience.
• Experience in financial sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong numerical, math, and banking product knowledge.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred; NMLS registration may be required for the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service banking support to new and existing customers with a focus on sales and service.
• Resolve client concerns directly or via referrals to other departments.
• Refer clients to additional bank products and services, including lending.
• Maintain strong client relationships through personalized service and follow-up.
• Handle cash transactions, account openings/updates, and loan processing as needed.
