The position requires 5–6 years in credit unions or financial institutions, a college degree or equivalent experience, extensive loan sales training, and active NMLS registration.

Qualifikationen

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5–6 years credit union or financial institution experience, including customer service, lending, and management.
• Extensive loan sales training or experience.
• Registration as a Mortgage Loan Officer (MLO) with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) and registry maintained annually.

Aufgaben

• Interview members and process consumer loan applications, including data gathering, credit report review, employment validation, collateral review, and loan decisions.
• Open new accounts and cross-sell products to members.
• Assist with delinquencies and collection issues.
• Generate and maintain member relationships and provide outstanding service.
• Coach staff on credit union products, services, policies and procedures.
• Supervise and develop staff, conduct performance evaluations, and manage time-keeping and vacations.
• Conduct staff meetings and communicate updates; coordinate with back-office departments.
