Responsibilities

• Solicit membership for lending needs.
• Interview members for loans by phone, email, mail, or fax.
• Evaluate creditworthiness and process loan applications.
• Prepare loan documents for closing.
• Process credit card applications.
• Cross-sell other credit union products.
• Assist with member service calls and questions.
• Handle Synapsis Queue events and referrals.
• Other duties as assigned.
