Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of management experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a sales and/or financial environment.
• Lending experience preferred; ability to perform loan calculations.
• Proficient in operating a personal computer and basic software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full-service Branch office following policies and procedures.
• Delegate daily operations to the Assistant Branch Manager while making loans and business calls.
• Represent the bank at civic and service clubs and manage community relations.
• Review staff performance and conduct meetings to address issues.
• Ensure security procedures are followed and ATMs are serviced.
