Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in financial industry, sales, or retail management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain staffing levels, supervise staff, and develop staff through training, coaching, and development activities.
• Maintain quality and professionalism of staff during member interactions.
• Lead excellence in member service using Everwise Credit Union tools and resources.
• Drive growth and performance aligned with strategic direction, using available tools.
• Develop branch market through community involvement, business engagement, and networking.
• Analyze market data, sales trends and reports for growth.
• Ensure procedures and audits comply with federal and organizational guidelines.
• Increase community awareness through civic and community activities.
• Lead the branch and team amid evolving business practices and operating models.
• Take on additional responsibilities to support growth and service.
