Qualifications

• 5 years of banking experience including consumer lending
• 3 years of banking/retail management experience with team leadership and coaching
• Advanced banking product knowledge and business acumen
• Experience with deposit and loan portfolios and loan origination
• Notary certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and coach associate performance and development while managing staffing levels
• Manage branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio and expenses
• Maintain audit readiness through sound operational practices
• Partner with Retail and bank leaders to provide client solutions
• Develop and maintain relationships with consumers, businesses and community organizations
• Model and promote the bank’s core values in daily interactions
