Job summary

Columbia Bank in Tacoma, WA seeks a Branch Manager to lead a team, drive Breakthrough Client Service, and grow relationships in the local community. You will ensure branch operations run smoothly and meet growth and compliance targets while fostering a high-performance culture.

The role requires banking experience, management skills, and knowledge of consumer and business lending. You will partner with Retail leaders, manage P&L, and advocate for customers, employees, and community involvement.

Qualifications

• 3 years banking experience including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
• 2 years of management experience in banking or retail with team leadership and coaching.
• Extensive knowledge of banking products and services with strong business acumen.
• Must be able to register as a Bank MLO and comply with SAFE Act requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and coach associates; maintain branch staffing levels.
• Oversee branch P&L, growth targets, portfolio, and expenses.
• Maintain satisfactory audit results through sound operational practices.
• Collaborate with Retail and other bank leaders to deliver client solutions.
• Demonstrate knowledge of core products and Financial Review process.
• Develop strong relationships with consumers, businesses, and community organizations.
• Model and promote the bank's core values daily.
