Columbia Banking System in Sumner, WA seeks a Branch Manager to ensure operations standards, coach tellers, and deepen customer relationships. The role includes backing up account openings and loan processing while maintaining branch controls and service excellence.

You will lead and develop the personal banking team, ensure accurate cash handling, and meet regulatory and MLO requirements for mortgage lending. Onsite position with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of retail banking experience required.
• 2 years of management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Consumer and small business lending origination experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Coach tellers and personal bankers to meet sales and service goals.
• Develop long-term customer relationships and provide proactive solutions.
• Oversee branch operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and branch controls.
• Act as Bank MLO for open-end mortgage-related transactions where applicable.
