Qualifications
- 3 years of banking experience, including consumer lending and exposure to business lending origination.
- 2 years of management experience in banking or retail with coaching, supervision, and performance management.
- Extensive knowledge of banking products and services with business acumen.
- Proficient with spreadsheets and banking computer systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team to deliver breakthrough client service and grow branch relationships.
- Manage branch P&L, portfolio, and expenses while ensuring compliance.
- Achieve growth targets by developing new relationships and expanding existing ones.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to provide client solutions aligned with Retail strategy.
