• Successful record of meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch goals in a profit and loss setting
• Drive exceptional customer experience validated through customer satisfaction surveys
• Maintain strong partnerships with community and civic organizations
• Compliance with SAFE Act background checks and NMLS requirements
