Job summary

Qualifications

• 5 years of functional/professional experience.
• 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience.
• 3-5 years related experience and/or training including strong commercial lending or product knowledge.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret balance sheets.
• Ability to present information effectively to groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor activities of a full-service branch office.
• Communicate with customers in-branch and through outside outreach to introduce products and services.
• Solicit customers and businesses to generate new business; train staff.
• Develop branch business plan to ensure profitability.
• Ensure custody of assets, records, and loan collateral per policy.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports required by law and management.
• Represent the bank at community events and organizations.
• Oversee branch staff and supervise subordinate supervisors.
• Carry out hiring, training, and performance management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
