• Ability to present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, staff, customers, and the general public.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor branch activities and operations to meet annual goals.
• Communicate with existing and potential customers to introduce products and services.
• Solicit customers and businesses to generate new business; train staff on products and services.
• Develop branch business plan to ensure profitability for banking products.
• Oversee staff and compliance with policies, procedures and laws.
• Prepare financial and regulatory reports for management and authorities.
• Represent the bank at community events to promote products and services.
• Supervise branch staff and subordinate supervisors; manage performance.
