Job summary

Republic Finance in the United States is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to train over 18–24 months and then manage a branch. You will guide customers on personal loan options, assist with loan processing, and support sales goals—relocating for promotion as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding their needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and debt consolidation options.
• Assist in loan applications, closings, and related processing tasks.
• Support Branch Manager with recruiting, training and sales plans to meet goals.
