Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business/Finance/Sales focus preferred.
• 1+ year of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and understanding needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and help with loan applications.
• Assist in loan closings, risk evaluation, and credit decisions to support branch goals.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager on recruiting, training and sales planning.
