Job summary

Republic Finance, LLC is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager (ABM) in the United States. The role includes an 18–24 month paid training program to learn branch operations, after which you’ll manage your own branch and drive performance.

You will originate new loan business, educate customers on lending options, assist with risk evaluation, and help recruit and train staff while upholding Republic Finance values. A full relocation package is provided for promotions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1 year or more of customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities
