Job summary

Republic Finance is seeking an entry-level Assistant Branch Manager to gain hands-on branch operations experience and work toward a Branch Manager role. You will learn operations through an 18–24 month paid training program and then manage your own branch with relocation support for promotions.

You’ll help customers meet financial goals, originate new loan opportunities, explain services, and guide them through application and closing steps while maintaining a strong customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Business, Finance, Sales or related field preferred.
• 1 year or more of customer facing sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate new loan business by contacting customers and assessing needs.
• Educate customers on lending services and improve credit behavior.
• Guide applicants through the loan process and follow up on payments.
• Assist in recruiting, training and implementing plans to meet sales goals.
