Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a financial institution.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations to ensure safety, security and compliance.
• Achieve annual sales and production goals while promoting teamwork.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to maintain high Member service scores.
• Hire, schedule, train, and evaluate branch staff with regular feedback.
• Maintain branch image and coordinate with marketing for consistency.
• Resolve escalated Member service issues and ensure service recovery.
