Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a financial institution with knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures governing financial services.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily branch operations, ensuring safety, security, and soundness of the branch.
• Achieve annual sales and production goals for the branch while promoting teamwork and quality Member interactions.
• Hire, schedule, train, and monitor branch staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback.
