ICCU is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead a California branch. You will coach staff, manage operations, and ensure outstanding member service aligned with ICCU’s Eagle Service standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent management experience, plus certifications such as Mortgage, Notary, and Medallion Stamp where applicable. Strong leadership and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent management experience.
• Mortgage Certification required or preferred.
• Notary Public and Medallion Stamp Certification are assets.
• Ability to supervise branch personnel and coordinate with Administration.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch operations and ensure Eagle Service Standards.
• Coach and develop branch staff to meet goals.
• Market ICCU services and drive branch growth through business development.
• Maintain accurate cash drawer balancing and daily vault operations.
• Resolve member escalations and maintain confidentiality of records.
