Job summary

Sunward Federal Credit Union in Livermore, CA is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee daily operations of a full-service branch and lead staff to deliver exceptional member service in line with the credit union's core values.

You will drive branch performance by meeting KPIs, manage risk and compliance, mentor staff, and partner with HR to hire and develop talent while maintaining a safe, efficient and friendly branch environment for members and employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years combined experience within a financial institution, supervisory role, managerial role or related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher, or more than 6 years of related experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proficient with MS Office and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead branch staff and ensure customer service and sales goals.
• Oversee daily branch operations and performance.
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Ensure policy compliance and risk management for the branch.
• Collaborate with HR and OD on staffing and development.
