Job summary

Altura Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager I in Murrieta, CA to lead day-to-day branch operations and coach staff to deliver a warm, positive Member experience.

You will drive sales and production goals, ensure compliance, and maintain a high standard of service while developing a capable leadership team through consistent feedback and mentoring. This role requires strong knowledge of regulations, staff scheduling, and performance reviews to uphold Altura's standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years’ supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in a financial institution with knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring safety, security, and audit readiness.
• Achieve annual sales and production goals while promoting teamwork and quality Member interactions.
• Provide on-the-spot coaching to elevate Member service levels and address detractor feedback.
• Maintain knowledge of regulations, policies, and procedures; train staff accordingly.
• Resolve escalated Member issues and ensure service recovery.
• Hire, schedule, train, and evaluate branch staff; conduct performance reviews.
• Preserve professional branch appearance and align with marketing standards.
