Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ supervisory experience in a financial institution.
• Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in a financial institution with regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily branch operations, ensure safety, security, and audit readiness.
• Achieve annual sales and production goals while promoting teamwork.
• Coach and mentor staff to deliver outstanding member experiences.
• Hire, schedule, train, and monitor branch team performance.
• Maintain branch image and ensure professional appearance.
