Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all staff levels.
• Experience in personnel services or staffing industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, establish client plans, and improve SLA adherence.
• Lead day-to-day branch activities, coaching recruiters and staff.
• Manage branch P&L, budgets, and forecast revenue and expenses.
• Develop recruiting strategies, build local relationships, and optimize fill rate.
• Conduct monthly reviews with leadership and ensure compliance and credit practices.
