Job summary

Adecco Group is seeking a Branch Manager in the United States to grow and retain client accounts, manage branch P&L, and lead recruitment and service delivery. You will develop strategies, build top-performing teams, and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive reviews and effective communication.

Role requires 5+ years in relevant work, sales experience, and supervisory experience, with strong Office skills and knowledge of labor laws.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Two years of direct sales experience with proven growth in responsibilities.
• One year of supervisory/management experience with a sales or service-oriented team.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and orally, including presentations.
• Working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and handle problems.
• Planning and organizing; People Management; Development of business opportunities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Grow and retain accounts, develop client relationships and drive revenue.
• Lead recruitment strategies, branch budget, and P&L management.
• Coach and develop branch staff; ensure KPIs and SLAs are met.
• Monitor pay and bill rates; conduct regular business reviews with clients.
• On-board new customers, assess credit, negotiate terms, and drive growth.
• Ensure compliance with notices, licenses, and credit controls.
• Maintain knowledge of market trends and expand branch revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with sales and upper management to align client needs with services.
